POWERPULLEY TECHNOLOGY - The PowerPulley
The PowerPulley system is integrated into the WaterRower’s forward riser, replacing the S4 Performance Monitor to deliver advanced performance tracking. Within the mechanism, a strain gauge and optical sensor precisely measure the force applied through each stroke. Each PowerPulley is individually calibrated to ensure exceptional accuracy, providing reliable real-time data for every training session.

- SPACE-SAVER - UPRIGHT STORAGE - As with all WaterRower models, when not in use the Performance Ergometer can be stood upright for space-saving storage, occupying no more space than a chair. Rubber dolly wheels allow for easy maneuvering around the home or studio. The WaterRower’s center of gravity lies in its water tank which enables you to effortlessly lift it at the rail-end. In any position, the water remains safe in the tank.
Ergonomically Shaped Water Tank
Its main feature is the water tank with its ergonomically shaped water flywheel, delivering the most natural rowing feel – smooth, quiet and 100% efficient. Resistance is not manually adjusted but determined only by the force applied: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance.
Adjustable Footboards
The WaterRower footboard offers maximum flexibility for an optimal rowing position. The footrests are easy to adjust in length, by pressing down on the button in the middle.
Smooth Ball-Bearing Gliding Seat
The seat glides silently along the rails as you row, in rhythm with your strokes. Eight ball-bearing rollers made of wear-resistant polyurethane ensure perfect smoothness, while the seat is fitted with an ergonomically shaped cushion for comfort.

S4 Monitor
The minimalist S4 Performance Monitor can be connected to a PC or MAC with which the free software We-Row can be used. It displays your data clearly and at a glance while rowing.
