DELIVERY, SET UP & INSTALLATION

Online Purchase:ย A 360 Fitness Team Member will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and schedule a 2-hour delivery window.

In-Store Purchase:ย A 360 Fitness Team Member will arrange delivery and installation with you and schedule a delivery time.ย  Our staff will ask you โ€œwho, what, where, and howโ€ questions when scheduling with you and provide this information to our delivery team so they can deliver to your home properly.ย  Weโ€™ve been delivering and installing fitness equipment for over 43 years, and we can handle any situation or schedule.ย 

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY OPTIONS*

We prioritize the customer experience by providing an in-house team of delivery drivers, expert setup and installation techs for fitness equipment.ย  ย When you choose 360 Fitness to deliver, set up, and install your fitness equipment, you don't have to worry about any behind-the-scenes work. You decide what level of service best suits you.

  • White Glove Deliveryย โ€“ Our White Glove Delivery service includes room-of-choice deliveryย (stairs may be an additional fee), set-up & installation of equipment,ย basic instruction on equipment operation, andย removal of any packing material or debris.
  • Room of Choice Deliveryย โ€“ The product is brought into the specified room.ย  Included in White Glove Delivery but not in regular Delivery or Free Shipping.
  • In-Home Setup and Installationย -ย Various Optionsย Available (contact store for details & pricing).ย ย 
  • Delivery/ Free Shippingย โ€“ The product, in a carton or box, isย delivered by 360 Fitness Superstore or a shipping serviceย in front of the house or curb.
  • Assembly & Pick-Upย - Customer can request the product be built at the store for pick-up.ย  Assembly fees may apply.
  • Customer Pick-Upย โ€“ In-store pick-up is available at no cost to the customer as long as no assembly is required.
  • Haul Away Serviceย โ€“ We can take your old equipment out and properly dispose of it (if serviceable, it can be donated, or else recycled). Your older equipment may also be eligible for Trade-In as a credit towards new equipment.ย  Contact the store for details & pricing.
  • 24-Hour White Glove Deliveryย ย - Expedited White Glove Delivery if ordered before 1 pm. Contact the store for details & pricing.
  • Same-Day Deliveryย - If you purchase a machine before 1 pm, we can deliver it the same day!ย  Expedited assembly/delivery fees may apply, depending on the product purchased and the delivery location.ย  ย Out-of-area deliveries may not qualify for Same-Day delivery.
  • Out of Area Deliveries - Deliveries out of our local store and warehouse deliveryย routesย may require additional fees.

*Some Manufacturers have their own delivery requirements and costs (Woodway, NuStep, & Tonal), and may not include some of the features/benefits mentioned above.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  • Step 1:ย  Your equipment is unboxed from the packaging and assembled in our designated equipment assembly zone by our In-House Trained Professionals. This team is responsible for calibrating, tuning, and testing your equipment to ensure the highest quality and performance.
  • Step 2:ย  Your equipment is securely loaded into our own delivery vehicle, which has an enclosed cuboid-shaped cargo area. Our delivery vehicle is also fitted with a liftgate rated at 5,000lbs to ensure we can deliver any order.
  • Step 3:ย  Once our In-House Delivery Team arrives, they will install & set up your equipment in the room of your choice, give basic instructions on equipment operation, and remove any packaging materials and debris upon their departure.

2-HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW

Having a 2-Hour Delivery window is a critically important part of the installation process. We provide a 2-hour delivery window so that you don't have to wait around all day - we make it easy to plan your day around receiving your equipment.ย  We arrange our deliveries 7 days a week to tailor to our customers' schedules, and we have an experienced team of assemblers and installers to handle any job.

    ON-TIME DELIVERY - We sell over 1,500 items, and on occasion, our inventory may show an item asย in stock that we may not have.ย  ย We will make every effort to get the item to you as soon as possible and make the necessary special arrangements to expedite your order.ย 

    SAME DAY DELIVERY - If you purchase a machine before 1 pm, we can deliver it the same day!ย  Expedited assembly/delivery fees applyย and vary by the product purchased and the delivery location.

    SHIPPING

    Our policy of shipping within 5-10 business days (weekdays) applies to orders placed before 2:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Delays may occur if our warehouse is backlogged with orders and shipments during our busy season, or if severe weather conditions are out of our control. These situations are rare, and 360 Fitness Superstore does everything in our power to ensureย customers receive their packages as quickly as possible.ย  ย 

    *PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME MANUFACTURERS HAVE THEIR OWN SHIPPING AND/OR DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS OR FEES - we make note of these where and when relevant.

    Other Issues

    • Shipping to a Different Address - We allow shipping to an address other than your billing address! Enter the billing and shipping addresses at checkout and ensure the billing details match your bank to avoid any checkout errors.
    • Carriers - 360 Fitness Superstore ships with various carriers depending on the weight, size, shape & shipping address of the product. Depending on your location, additional shipping options, such as morning or evening deliveries, may be available for an additional cost. **Please note: the estimated time of arrival is just an estimate and does not guarantee that the package(s) will arrive exactly on that date. **
    • Remote Areas - Remote areas are defined as being outside of the standard service routes of our carriers. Orders being sent to remote locations are subject to an additional shipping charge, which varies depending on the size and weight of the product(s) being shipped. Please note that if you are making an online order from a remote area, the shipping cost you see may not always be accurate. In those situations, 360 Fitness Superstore will obtain the exact shipping cost for that particular order and contact the customer before proceeding, so the customer is aware of any additional shipping costs before the order ships.
    • Free Shipping Transparency Disclaimer - Items marked free shipping have a certain percentage allocated towards the cost of shipping. This percentage typically covers most major cities in the United States. The United States is geographically massive, and we cannot offer free shipping across the board. We do allocate a certain dollar amount to cover most major cities. If shipping costs more than the allocated amount, then you will receive an email with the cost difference. At that point, you can either choose to pay the additional fee to cover the shortfall/difference, or you can request a cancellation of the order.

    With the original sales receipt, returns will be accepted for a refund in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase, less a 20% restocking fee and any labor costs incurred. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts, and accessories.
