The Door Mounted Pull-Up Bar installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door.
The Bar takes up no floor space, which is ideal for smaller living quarters.

- Foam Hand Grips: Grips make mounting/dismounting more comfortable, and they help prevent calluses and slippery hands when performing chin-ups
