This home gym equipment is adjustable in 5lb increments so you can gradually increase your strength. The wider weight range accommodates lighter exercises, such as curls, and heavier ones like lunges and shrugs.  The Bowflex adjustable dumbbell has a space-saving design, making it ideal for home use. This set can take the place of 17 sets of dumbbells.  Durable molding around the metal plates provide for a smooth lift-off and quieter workouts. It syncs with the Bowflex SelectTech App so you can journal your strength training.
