The Powertec Workbench FID Utility Bench is a highly versatile Flat-Incline-Decline workout bench that can be used alone or attached to our Power Rack, Half Rack or Roller Smith. The entire seat assembly of Powertec's fully adjustable Flat-Incline-Decline bench slides on its sealed ball bearing carriage. The Powertec Workbench FID Utility Bench comes standard with an attachment adaptor that can be fitted with a variety of Powertec weight bench attachments that can transform it into a standalone workout station.

- Fully Adjustable: The entire seat assembly can slide along the frame allowing the user to find the perfect fit. (The bench has 9 horizontal positions, and 9 vertical positions, including decline, flat, and 7 incline positions).
