Session Guidelines
- Surface treatments (skin, face, wrinkles, scars): treat from about 18" away for 3-5 minutes per area.
- Deeper treatments (muscles, joints, recovery): treat from 6-12" away for 10-15 minutes per area.
- Wavelengths: 660 nm red penetrates the skin; 850 nm near-infrared reaches deeper tissues. Use both together for most treatments; use the red-only switch if you have melasma.
- Frequency: 3-5 sessions per week is a good starting point. Daily is fine — do not exceed 2 sessions per day (space morning and evening).
- Eye protection: Not required. Don't stare directly at the LEDs; if you're uncomfortable, close your eyes or use the included eye protection.
