Session Guidelines
- Surface treatments (skin, face, wrinkles, acne): 18 inches away, ~5 minutes per treatment area. Target dose: 3-10 J/cm².
- Deeper treatments (joints, muscle recovery, inflammation): 6-12 inches away, ~10-15 minutes per treatment area. Target dose: 10-50 J/cm².
- Channels: Use red-only, near-infrared-only, or both. Both is standard; red-only is recommended for melasma.
- Frequency: 3-5 sessions per week is a great starting cadence. Daily is fine—no more than 2 sessions per day, spaced morning and evening.
- Eye protection: Not required. Included goggles are available if you prefer to use them.
- Distance guidance: Closer = higher irradiance = faster dose. Farther = lower irradiance = larger coverage area.
