Spiral Strength Grips

The simple way to add a neutral grip option to dozens of strength training exercises.

Spiral Strength Singles are durable rubber grip handles that can be attached to pull-up bars, barbells, resistance bands, cable pull machines, and other equipment using the optional carabiner or braided rope loop.

Once attached, the grips enable an athlete to experience the benefits of a neutral or semi-supinated grip (palms facing each other)—which can reduce strain on the joints while working different under-utilized muscle groups.
