PRO4500 is a high-powered, truly full-body red and near-infrared light therapy device designed to provide you with affordable, effective light therapy at home. The advantage of this large light therapy device is that you can treat your entire body at once. It stands more than 5 feet tall, making it one of the largest panels of its kind. It's modular and stand-compatible, meaning it can connect to other devices in the PRO Series and attach to either of our mobile stands.

- Important: A stand is not included and must be purchased separately. The box includes one PRO4500 panel, a US power cord, a series-linking power cord, protective goggles, and a user manual.
A practical full-body session
- Set your distance. Use about 18 inches for surface-focused sessions or 6–12 inches for more intensity on deeper tissues.
- Choose your light. Select red light, near-infrared light, or both. Most full-body routines use both wavelengths together.
- Build consistency: Start with 2–3 minutes for surface-focused use or 6–10 minutes for deeper-tissue routines, typically 3–5 times per week.

- Deeper treatments (muscles, joints, recovery): treat from 6-12" away for 6-10 minutes per area. Because the PRO series delivers high irradiance, most people stay closer to the shorter end of this window.
- Wavelengths: 660 nm red penetrates skin; 850 nm near-infrared reaches deeper tissues. Use both together for most treatments; use the red-only switch if you have melasma.
- Frequency: 3-5 sessions per week is a good starting point. Daily is fine — do not exceed 2 sessions per day (space morning and evening).
- Eye protection: Not required. Do not stare directly at the LEDs; if uncomfortable, close your eyes or use the included eye protection.
