A textured grip makes the Warrior Medicine Ball easy to handle, helping increase coordination, endurance, and grip strength. Warrior's Dual-Grip Medicine Balls are great for core workouts, weight training, conditioning, and a wide range of upper and lower-body exercises. These two-handled medicine balls can be used for both one-handed and two-handed exercises and are ideal for replicating a number of sports movements. They are also very efficient when used in conjunction with exercises targeting the abdominals and obliques. Some shipping restrictions apply*.

Warrior adds durable, easy-grip rubber handles to offer you a sure-handed solution for your daily workout routine. The rubber-covered handle provides an easy grip and a full range of motion during a variety of exercises, including ab exercises, strength training, and rotational movement training.

Made of thick, reinforced rubber with inner windings that prevent the medicine ball from splitting or cracking, the Warrior Dual Grip Medicine Ball is sturdy and bounces, providing resistance during exercises like squats and overhead presses while also helping strengthen your grip.

The integrated handles can be used for both one-handed and two-handed activities, allowing the ball to be used as a medicine ball, kettlebell, or dumbbell.
