The Cable Crossover includes convenient handle and pop-pin design for one hand vertical adjustments through 25 clearly marked positions and a multi-grip chin bar. Choose from five different add-on stations including Lat Pulldown, Seated Row, Single Adjustable Cable Column, Biceps Curl, and Triceps Extension. Each station includes color illustrations showing start and end exercise positions.

The integrated cable crossover gives members the freedom to perform upper-body, lower-body, core, rehabilitation, and athletic-performance exercises. Adjustable cable columns allow the pulley position to be changed for movements performed from high, low, or mid-level angles.

Users can perform chest fly variations, rows, presses, lateral raises, curls, triceps extensions, rotational exercises, squats, lunges, and sport-specific movements. Standalone functional trainers max out at one or two users at a time, while the independent cable stations here also make the unit ideal for personal training sessions, partner workouts, and small-group programming.
