Depending on the user’s positioning and training experience, the bench may be incorporated into bodyweight core work, glute-focused hip extensions and hamstring-dominant movements. Advanced users may also increase resistance with an appropriate weight plate or dumbbell while maintaining controlled technique.

Comfortable padding supports the thighs and lower legs, while integrated handles provide convenient assistance when entering or exiting the station. The bench measures just 49 inches long by 35 inches wide, making it easier to include in facilities where efficient use of floor space is important.

Its fixed 45-degree training position places the body at an effective angle for controlled back extensions and hip-extension exercises while allowing users to maintain a natural and comfortable posture.

An adjustable thigh-pad assembly accommodates a wide range of body sizes, helping users find the correct position before beginning each movement. The open frame design also creates additional clearance through the lower portion of the exercise, allowing a comfortable range of motion without making the machine feel restrictive.
