The Warrior Supra EYE Olympic Curl Bar is designed to increase upper arm mass, strength, and definition while relieving stress on tendons and joints. This supra curl bar isolates and intensifies the development of the biceps and forearms.
The Warrior EYE Barbell offers a unique rotating handle system. The pivoting handle system helps to provide another way to attack those stubborn biceps muscles. The Warrior Supra Curl Bar also allows rotation of the hands through the range of motion.
With thisĀ eye Olympic Curl barĀ you can keep your hands in neutral grip position or rotate them supine through the movement - almost impossible to do with a regular EZ curl bar.Ā You can also switchĀ between sets of supine (regular) curls and prone (reverse) curls without even putting your barbell down!
