the Elevated Chin Up Station takes chin ups to a new level โ literally. Our multi-use Chin Up Station incorporates a new patent-pending design which elevates you above the door frame giving more clearance and a full range of motion for a better workout. It can be used for chin ups and pull ups in several hand positions at two elevations, as well as sit ups, push ups and dips when mounted low or placed on the floor.
The Elevated Chin Up Station instantly and easily mounts in a standard doorway with no screws, using leverage and gravity. It may be removed quickly and easily at any time with no tools. Constructed of molded steel and painted with durable enamel,ย it is built to last. The unit has 3 foam hand grip locations and padded tubing where the unit contacts with the door frame.
Fits most standard-sized doorways 32" to 34" with 2"-5.5" moldings with at least 1/2" depth.ย A solid and secured door frame is required for proper installation.
You can accessorize with ab straps and gravity super bandsย - great for working your abs and obliques.
Body Design
The body of the station is constructed of molded steel and painted with durable enamel. It makes it lightweight and extremely portable, yet durable at the same time. This fitness station is built to last.
Padded Grips
There are 3 pairs of upper handgrips for 3 different hand positions: wide, neutral, and facing forward. All of these serve to build different muscle groups. The 4th pair of handle grips are used for push-ups and dips. The grips are made of foam for a non-slippery experience.
Padded Tubing
The padded tubing protects the doorframe from being damaged when it comes in contact with the unit.
Eyebolts
The design includes eye bolts in case you want to use ab straps or a gravity band (not included, can be purchased additionally). With these straps and bands, you can train your abs and core.
