The Warrior Light Commercial Flat to Incline Bench is the perfect free weight utility bench for upper body dumbbell exercises, and just about every other essential weightlifting exercise.
The Warrior Flat to Incline Bench was designed with a high level of adjustability - from flat to full upright position – the lack of decline ensures the back rest is resting on the frame when in the flat position. Stability is also optimized as the pad sits on the frame for all the heavy lifts.
The multi-angled settings on the back pad with independent adjustment for the seat allow for use as a flat bench, incline bench, and full upright bench press for military press exercises. It adjusts from flat through 5 positions to a near on-vertical 85-degree incline.
The Warrior light bench is made from 3mm solid steel tubing, with heavy bushed pivots to ensure there is no movement in the backrest during heavy inclines.
The Warrior Flat/Incline Bench features soft, thick padding with vinyl upholstery, providing contoured lumbar back support for proper back positioning. The frame sports a wide design for extra stability, as well as rear roller wheels and a built-in transport handle for mobility.
Use by the Warrior F/I Bench by itself, or roll the workout bench inside a power cage, half rack, or smith machine for performing barbell workouts
