it, this sled is the perfect training tool for developing
explosive leg drive and improving acceleration. Build
powerful hips and legs using the handles or target stride
length using the belt/harness. For forward, backward, and

smoother slide with less damage to the field. Holds up to

SpeedSac Pro
Variable-Weight Sprint Trainer Build explosive leg drive
out of the blocks with the SKLZ SpeedSac. This variable
weight sled allows you to strengthen your lower
body-muscle groups by providing options for increased
resistance training similar to metal sleds. You can also
use the handles on the bags to execute lunge walk for
additional hamstring and quadricep strengthening.

Training
Ropes

A single rope is used to perform
undulations. For example, a single 40 foot rope would be anchored at its
midpoint around a stable object, giving you 20 feet of the 40 foot rope
in each hand to undulate. Manila ropes are our most popular. They
have the greatest "cool" factor with clients, and truly feel like an
old-school fitness tool. Available in 1.5" or 2" diameter, and lengths
of 30, 40, or 50 feet. All Manila Ropes come finished with rubber
handles and center friction guard.
